Words are really not enough to describe how THANKFUL we are to CERAM for making our dreams come true! Their total care and complete attention helped us go through very tough times, over many years!, only to achieve the dream of having our beautiful daughter! Thank you is really not enough....without CERAMS patience, attention, quality care, and family like treatment, we would have never kept trying and hoping....They helped to make it all possible and we are more than grateful to the entire staff at CERAM and of course to Dr. Benito...the man behind it all...who was, and still is, like a father to us during all our treatments :) His warmth and constant attention gave us HOPE!

We just wanted to write and say another big huge thank you for everything!! It is thanks yo you that we are now the very proud parents to Abi born 5th December 2010!

Following a pretty straightforward pregnancy my waters broke in the middle of a snowstorm at midnight on 1st December. After we had recovered from our shock (Having had my first daughter on her due date I had not even contemplated packing a hospital bag or getting the baby clothes ready so early!) we pulled ourselves together and battled our way to the hospital. They kept me in sue to the risk of infection and that Abi was only 35 weeks gestation. Following a scan to reassure us that she was a good size I went in to spontaneous labour in the early hours of Sunday 5th December. Labour was pretty quick and Abi arrived at 3.24 in the afternoon without any trouble weighing a healty 6lbs! She spent a night in special care and had xrays and IV antibiotics and then had to have some UV therapy due to jaundice but we were finally allows home on Wednesday 8th December!

She is doing really well and feeding fantastically - in fact when I took her to be weighed las week (at 5 weeks) she weighed in at 8lbs 14! We are loving every minute of being parents and keep pinching ourselves that finally our dreams turned to reality!

If is all thanks to you and your amazing work in your lovely clinic in Marbella that this has happened for us! We will be eternally grateful and think you are all fantastic. We have recommended you to a couple of people that we know who are all struggling to conceive.

We hope to maybe return to Marbella next year and try again to extend our family for a brother or sister for Abi and Jesse.

Hi Fiona

Richard and I would like to say a HUGE thank you for all of the help and support that you have given us over the past few months. As you can imagine, we are over the moon that I am pregnant and cannot express in words our gratitude. You have made our journey easy and stress-free, answering my endless questions and worries quickly and positively, reassuring me at every step of the way. Without you it would be difficult to imagine that we would be here today. Please also forward our thanks to Dr Benito for all of his skillful work in fostering the eggs and successful transfer, Cristina and the team of embryologists who nurtured and selected the embryos to give us the best chance of success, Angelina who supported and reassured us during transfer, and the donor to whom we owe our gift. The warmth and encouragement we felt from everyone at the clinic from arriving to paying and during the treatment was amazing and we were made to quickly feel at ease.

Our smiles are from ear to ear, and Richard and I are finding it very difficult to keep the news to ourselves!!

We will keep you updated on our progress and look forward to sending you the results from the scan in a few weeks time.

Lisa nació el 29 de junio a las 20h14. Una niña muy guapa de 2,9 kg y 49 cm. Estamos muy muy feliz. Le agradecemos mucho su ayuda.

Estan un equipo maravilloso con un gran corazon. Nos sentiamos muy bien en su centro, habia siempre una puerta abierta para hablar o escuchar.

No existe una palabra para decirse lo que sentimos de ser padres. Es un regalo que fue inimaginable durante algunos anos pero gracias a ustedes Lisa esta con nosotros.

We both wanted to write to express our thanks and gratitude to yourself and the team at CERAM.

On arriving in Spain we were a little apprehensive to say the least about our treatment - finding a clinic on the internet and suddenly standing on the doorstep was unnerving with sudden last minute worries about an unknown! All of our fears were completely laid to rest when the door opened and we were greeted by Michelle and yourself. Straight away we were made to feel relaxed, comfortable and safe!

Fiona, your clear, articulate, and precise information completely re-assured us that we were in the right place. We felt that you were truly there for our best interests and genuinely interested and supportive of our mission. It never once felt as though you were a business or that you were simply going through the motions (even though you must see lots of people in a similar situation daily)

Your daily communication was much appreciated and again went to lengths to reassure us and give us confidence and hope. Throughout the process we really felt as though you were doing the best by and for us, individually, demonstrated by the flexibility and possible changes to the plan depending on our needs and the status of our embryos. In comparison to our other experiences, this has definitely felt much more personal, relaxed yet professional and genuine - a real family caring approach.

Doctor Benito was superb - again someone who is obviously very experienced, talented and respected in the profession, but made us feel important and in safe hands. Please pass on our sincere thanks to him. Also to the embryologists who, although we havent really seen much of, clearly are very dedicated to the cause and the little thumbs up, smile or positive comments from her at egg transfer, again were reassuring.

Even, Martha (hope we have the name right) when taking our money was genuinely rooting for us and made us feel very welcome and special and gave us a hug as we left! The whole team could not have been more friendly and supportive - this goes such a long way in a modern world that quite often is so fast paced and all about business and money or is so caught up with bureaucracy that it misses the point!

We are in our hotel room, having been laid on the bed for almost 24 hours now and just about to head out for a little bit of fresh air, but of course will take it easy!!!

At this point we know we have been given the absolute best chances for the pregnancy to happen and hope for us it will be third time lucky. We are extremely grateful of course to our donor, whom without we certainly would not have gotten this far. Unsure of protocol because of anonymity, please could you convey our appreciation and thanks to her.

We hope to be in touch soon with positive news and certainly feel as though we are heading that way! If however we arent so lucky, our thoughts and feelings about CERAM will not alter hence we feel it important to share these with you now.
